REFUND POLICY
The order that has not been delivered shall be allowed with a full refund. The customer would be eligible for no refund on completed orders.
We, Prodeal Digital Solutions Limited, allow partial refunds for not fully completed orders. But the customer should provide valid proof to us. In some instances, we issue the partial refund for the rest of the promotion yet to be completed.
We do not refund unethical orders that contradict/ violate our terms and conditions. Prodeal Digital Solutions Limited will cancel the orders mentioned above. And Prodeal Digital Solutions Limited or https://www.prodealmusicpromotions.com will not be liable to pay any refund.
HOW CAN YOU CLAIM A REFUND?
It is not that complicated. You can claim your refund by sending us an email, calling, or texting us at the customer care WhatsApp number.

The customer has to wait until the end of the promotion process before requesting a refund. It will take a maximum of 4-5 days from the purchase date.
The refund process will take about 2-7 working days from the confirmation of refund to complete a refund process.
METHOD OF REFUND
Credit/Debit Card: Prodeal Digital Solutions Limited will refund you to the same card you used to purchase.
PayPal: Prodeal Digital Solutions Limited will refund you to the same PayPal account you used to purchase.
